How we work together is up to you. You can request Talk, Movement, or Touch Therapy, or an evolving combination of all three. All modalities are evidence-based and guided by PACFA ethical standards. Your therapy is unique, tailored to who you are, the challenge you bring to therapy, and your personal preferences.

I provide Talk Therapy, the kind of therapy we're all accustomed to when things get tough. Mind-body awareness and resources support you to deepen your relationship with yourself, naturally rekindling your innate intelligence & self-knowing.

Somatic-Movement Therapy  develops neuromuscular pathways, and new ways of seeing and being in the world. It is effective in reducing pain and tension, cultivating energy, stabilising & regulating mood-states, and developing balance and resilience in the systems of the body.

Touch Therapy is supported clinically as the most effective method to heal emotional, relational, and developmental challenges & traumas that cannot be reached by verbal means alone. Clients have described the work as 'the deepest ease & rest I've ever experienced'; and providing an 'insight & steadiness within me that resonates outward'. This work develops healthy, sustainable care & connection with self, loved ones & the world around us.

Groupwork is an efficient and potent therapy which offers the benefit of being deeply supportive mentally, physically, and socially, whilst offering a highly cost-effective service.
